Hey cwebb – after installing your patch I realized that a lot of the missing players' face & portrait patches were pretty hard to find, many were faulty (the ebo files were f-d up in some portraits), or still missing. Also, the existing speech id's in the game are not allocated to these players.

So over the past day or two I went through and downloaded all the patches I could find here, at nbalive.org, at basquette online, at 4th quarter et al.

I fixed all the messed-up portrait files, added a couple of my own, and then went through and did a quality-control check on all the files (right size, right file naming structure, proper .ebo, etc.)

Thus, what we have here - based on your .bat files and the combined work of a bunch of patchers - is the making of a mega missing players patch, that would include all the missing portraits, most of the missing bhed's w/headshapes, all of the missing speech files (where available), and an install .bat file that would allow all of the above to show up in andrew's roster.

Should I release this? It’s all done, I just have to figure out where to upload it.

One problem I see - as sensitive as people are around here - is that I'd have a hard time giving proper credit to the patchers that made various parts of this. Perhaps we could add that to a read-me file later on.

I figured this would be a good, all-inclusive patch for those that don’t have the time or energy to go hunting down every single patch for the missing players. Also, if there are new patches which are better in quality than the ones included, we can easily swap them out.

Would welcome some feedback.

wait until the end of the 05-06 season because i will need to create a V2 that includes newer players such as anthony grundy and ime udoka, and i would have to add those to my patch. this thing doesnt really need a V2 so wait until the 05-06 season. also most importantly, get permission from all the patchers before u release them, and put the file in ur own thread, giving me credit of course.

wow a thing like this will be so great....the patchers dont need to be so sensitive i mean its not like you are stealing their work you are fixing it for everybody i hope you will find a solution for this problem and realease soon because i cant wait

I have just released a .bat switcher for Andrew's rosters. This lets u put all the missing CF's (that are on active rosters) in the game. Take note that this does NOT give u the cyberfaces, but rather does the playerpkg=johndoe thing automatically. All the cyberfaces can be found somewhere on the site. Make sure u have all the CF's before using this .bat file, or the players will have pink heads.

i still dont have a cyberfaces because no one made a cyberface so they have pink heads for now....but when they will have cyberfaces i will still be able to put it into the sgsm folder and make it work right????

Fantastic, Im just bout to start another dynasty and this will help make it alot better .

which player's skin tone did you adjust? so far i've only noticed smush parker since the change is very noticeable.
