Editing Coaching Cap?

Just wondering if anyone knows how to edit the cap for your coaching staff, or to change your staff's ratings so your players develop faster?

well i figured out how to edit staff ratings atleast... pm if interested (involves dbf editing)

Anyways, the best way to have plenty of cap is obviously by buying cheap staff and editing them to have A+
