Hey, I have played this game quite a bit and I have noticed 2 cracks that go through the plastic and shiny part(thats says xbox all around it) of the inner ring on the cd. I'm not sure how this was caused. I didn't do anything wrong to the cd nor did i move the xbox while the disk was in it. Now the xbox can't read the game. However I was wondering if it is possible to send the damaged game to EA and get a new one for free. I have had the game a while so I dont think I can take it back to the store I bought it from. Thanks in advanced for the help.

id say you would have to take it back to where you got it from with the recipt

nah that don't work... I work at a Circuit City and I would never take anything back that was cracked. EA will take it back as long as it's been less than a year, I'm pretty sure of that. by the way, you got the 360 version? there have been many instances where 360s have been consistently messing up games.

Yea it's the 360 version. Does anyone know what I have to do in order to send it back to EA? Like the address and what i need to say etc.

yeah man it's weird people would come back with scratches that are perfectly shaped circles on the bottom of the CD which makes me believe it's the 360 hardware. people have tried to return them and the same people come back with the same problems with the new games. cyclone, I would definitely contact Microsoft on your 360. I'm almost positive it's your 360 and not your game. Fitzy, with you in Australia, I'm not sure if Microsoft shipped any bad ones over there, but there have been many 360s that screw up games here in the States.
Edit: Bill Gates sucks and I hope he goes broke in my lifetime.

As long as Microsoft is aware of it, it shouldnt be a problem because at least you can return whatever gets broken. Hopefully they can iron out the problem before I buy mine

That is probably one of the reasons there aren't many xbox 360's around for sale. The dvd drive is messing the games up, so microsoft is probably working on that.
