As mentioned before, the editor allows you to easily modify dbf data without knowledge of the raw data fields and values, including the ability to manage rosters externally. You can also import art into NBA Live 06's .viv files.

No, it's not. If it was, I'd say "NBA Live 06 Editor Released", not "NBA Live 06 in the works".
Also, I need to point out again I'm not the one working on this, Diego is. Any news GamingAccess has to pass along I'll be sure to post, all credit has to go to Diego for the creation of this tool (he also made the NBA Live 2005 Editor last year).
