portrait shoulders

I have tried many ways to make my shoulders "Fit" in the portrait but with limited success. I have exported several players .big files checked the way EA did it . and there doesnt seem to be a set size.. I know the pic must be .png 128x128 but no matter what i do my shoulders are cut off. Not round at the top. I have resized many times not gettin it .

When you see a portrait in the game, the bottom gets cut off, probably about 20% of it. Is that what you mean?

the sides get cut off, i think thats is what he is trying to say. just move the head lower so the shoulders sit below the bottom of the frame.
