Work In Progess For A New AIACT

Seriously, when are you people gonna stop bitching and moaning about stuff. You people have to be realistic about some of these things.

DaTruth36, why don't you look into doing some editing of your own since you find everybody's work to insufficient anyway. I hate to get worked up about it but all I ever see you do is complain and request. I saw Paul Pierce hit a 3 and then wink at the crowd, can you put that in the aiact? Some of the things you are asking for are just flat out rediculous. I understand this is a forum and you can say what you wish, and I'm sure lilvc is open to some constructive criticism, but please have some respect for the work he's done.

I guess it's tough to have respect when you have no idea the amount of work that it takes to edit this file and test it so that it fits every goddamn player (Delonte West). This is a preview, and a damn fine one, and I may be completely out of line, but I needed to vent and since everyone else says whatever they feel, I thought I'd join in.

It's not a perfect file YET, but it is extremely innovative and it certainly is worth your respect and patience.

You're such an idiot. That wasn't my intention. Someone said to put his 360 dunk in the game, and I said since he doesn't do that, and he DOES do 360 layups, that should be in the game rather than his dunk. I'm not saying that it should go in the game, and I sure as hell wouldn't say that. I hate Vince Carter with every inch of my heart, and I would never even use him in NBA Live 06.

He's done the 360 lay-up all of once in his life. Why should he include it over a 360 dunk?

Dawg I'm a HUGE Vince Carter fan, and he hasn't done any showboat 360s like he use to, he only does Basic stuff now besides maybe a windmill every once in a while.....I have 3 DVDs of Vince so I watched more than 24 hours of his clips. He will have 1 360 in the game and it'll be put in his Freestyle pack in the final Version.

Tested it and I like it. Not sure which one I prefer though, yours or that other guys (Jimmy I think). The only thing I probably dont like is that there are still a few of those really athletic/spectacular/whatever dunks. I am having fun with those outside shots playing with Kobe though.

Hey thanks alot for everyone's comments, I'd like to be done with this whole update by Thursday but it probably won't be completed by then. I wish it was but the more I play the more Ideas I get. So who knows when it'll be REALLY 100% as far as the people who don't know whos AIACT to use.........do what I do, USE BOTH OF THEM have two different rosters for each and you can choose which one you want to use before you start the game. Everyone think about that. Jimmy's aiact is GREAT, he's a good friend of mine........everyone probably didn't know that

Hopefully you're next AIACT is for Andrew's roster version 1.07 cos i wanna use that roster but too lazy to edit 1.07 and the dunkpacks/FSS stuff..

You're a little confused I think.... he can't edit his AIACT to match the roster... it has to be vice versa...

Yeah that's what I meant with the 1.07, version 1.07 of Andrew's roster.

I would edit the dunkpacks in the roster myself if live 06 was actually worth it, probably is with this AIACT but I'm just uninspired.

hey whats up lilvc, I haven't Live 06 but this project seems crazy... could you pm me or something on what you've done, programs used etc.

It is only the Dunkpack field, right? Or I have to edit another fields in Andrew's Roster?

Also another thing: Yesterday I tried that aiact without even seeing your sliders (they are included in your settings). I really appreciate this work, and I love seeing the moves that Kobe Bryant has, for example.
But...
I tried New York vs. Orlando, (i'm with New York) and the first shot was a 3pt with Marbury, with the little jump animation, it went it. Just tried over and over, it went in, went in, went in... In superstar, 10 minutes, with your sliders and your AIACT in the first quarter i ended with a 74-21, 74 points for Marbury, about 20 3 pointers out of 23...
I willl try now with another sliders, but I didn't saw another players in games before shooting like that. So I think that type of shot is highly overrated.

EDIT: Confirmed. I roughly think the L+Dunk/Lay Up shoot with players like Marbury, Bryant, etc. is way overrated.

Everything looks great just there's a little bug in my opinion . There was a „jumping towards the basket shot“ i mean in ex. You press shoot and the movement key toward the basket. And as i noticed you cganhe it to other shot . The problem is that I always make that shot now . Even shooting futher than the 3-point line with some Big Man I make 19/20 3-point shoots now.

same thing happened to me, only i used kobe and of all people... shaq! maybe there's room for a future fix but other than that its good.

this Aiact is top class some really nice moves in this but the main bug for me in this preview is the shooting but as you said it is just a preview and can be fixed so thats good news

Too bugy and unrealistic..

Kobe makes 19/25 3pts with his left ( ) hand, George dunks windmill aleyop, Vujacic trys to dunk aleyop from 3pts zone ( ). Press right + shoot and almost every player will shoot 99% field goals..

are you using the players.dbf provided with Andrew's 1.06 version of the roster update?
Livic said the shooting is a minor bug and will be fixed remember this is just a PREVIEW
