Euroleague 2006 mod - Released !

I'm not above someone else,the thing is that some people do not understand how much patchers worked on this mod, and there are like ~98456213456 posts "why my team rating is so low,why Baston is not POWER,why that is not a scorer why this team has the highest ratings" etc....
As you now have the patch,you are free to do WHATEVER you want,change the ratings,roster,you can even even make all players SUPESRsTARS if you want and/or release a fix or smthin'.

With "~98456213456 posts" saying what you just said you might get the feeling something is wrong about the patch...

So he should fix it to appease you? Try again. Here's the deal: either learn how to do simple editing of some sort, or shut your yapper and be happy all the work was put into it. It's a damn good thing I don't have the power to ban, because any idiot who contributes nothing to the community but bitches and moans about patches not meeting his or her criteria would get a one way ticket out of here, with a swift kick in the ass on the way out...

You know bigh0rt i'm not the bad guy here, i'm not the one who talks dirty (like you) or the one who can't deal with other people's opinions (like eda), all i said was that the patch is really good exapt for the FFS things, you can do with it whatever you want but don't sit there and write all of those things just because you think you are kings of this forum, if you don't want to release a fix just say so.

This is an open forum for everyone to speak up, and as long as nobody is talking dirty (like you did) it's all good.

Anyway i hope that next is there will be a better patch, i'm sick of this "bla bla" anyway.

First off, you didn't say this patch was super nice except there's something to fix in the FSS, you said "the only good thing about this mod is the artwork, the roster sucks". That's what you said.
Second, I'm from Europe too, I just have the ability to speak and write English correctly.

And most of all, you need to learn how a forum works. Yes, you can voice your opinion, but there's special sub-forum over at nbalive.org where you could've posted feedback when this mod was in the making.
The creators read other people's opinions but they don't HAVE TO change what 1 person wants to see changed. This is final product, accept it.
There's always going to be different opinions about how high one player's ratings should be or who should get FSS abilities. It comes down to personal preference.

I was really glad when i heard about the release, i tried it for a couple of games

but i found out that exapt for the courts/jerseys/cyberfaces/portraits.. which are great

the patch is not that realistic.

I wish you could release a fix for those things, that would make this patch perfact.

i'm not here to start a war or something like you pictured it...

vc_ap_mj: Just because you don't like how some players are rated, doesn't mean there's something wrong with the patch. The only thing that that means is that you have a different opinion than the people that made the patch has.

They have put in a lot of effort in this mod, and of course some people (like yourself) won't like some of the ratings, but that's just how it is. You can't please everybody, but you try to please as many as possible, as these guys have done. And if you don't like it, just adjust the ratings yourself. You can of course come with constructive criticism and say that you think that some players should be like this and that, but you also got too keep an open mind to things and be realistic (that's what you want, right?): Like how many players can dominate like Shaq? How many players can dunk like Vince Carter? How many players can do the things Steve Nash does? How many players can make the shots that Kobe Bryant makes?
Now it's not a question about how high their ratings should be, but a question how many players can dunk over other players, or throw a perfect behind-the-back pass each time, or posterize a player whenever he gets the opportunity; which is very, very, very few. I mean you said yourself that the mod isn't realistic, but honestly, how many times have you seen a player take off from the free throw line and make a windmill dunk in traffic in the Euroleague?

The thing is just that to make the roster of 24 teams(make most of the DBF files from the very begining) for one person (in this case it was shock) is a really difficult and taking shit loads of time task. It was made so you people could have the opportunity to play the euroleague on nba live. And (I know I'm sayin' this for the second or the third time....) every guy (well most of them in nbalive.org) that is not satisfied with his team starts a thread like 'why there're no FSS players in 'MY TEAM' (whoa what a BIG problem...) and starts crying and saying that the whole mod (which took several months to create) is shit worth because parker is a Highflyer instead of Scorer or smthin'...(it's not about you, vc_ap_mj)
And vc_ap_mj I understand that you are not satisfied that your team has so few superstars or whatever it is, but don't you understand that you can EDIT the FSS by yourself, you free to do whatever you want now.

I just wanted to say to eda and all the other patchers of this mode that i really respect your work and the time you've put into this patch. I just wanted to show my opinion for this patch in this forum without showing any disrespect to the patchers who worked hard to make it.

I can't start a dynasty because it keeps crashing just as I exit out of the PDA to sign the assistant coaches after I choose the settings for my dynasty. Anyone else having that problem or just me?
