where to download bmp shoe files??

All u have to do is go to someones Shoe thread, copy the image and save it as .bmp, .jpg, or .png!

last question,when i download a shoe thread(for eg. i downloaded a shoe here in this site)how can i save it and change it to .bmp file?plz,can you give me a step by step process on how to download a shoe thread and save it into a .bmp file,bcoz when i downloaded a thread the file type is .rar.....plz help me
