Game crashing

The game crashes at All-Star introductions for these teams Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, New York, and San Antonio but also for any other teams when I go to settings and then defensive matchups and change some thing then resume then it crashes.

intro crashes usually have something to do with patches.
