Asst Coach

I'm wondering what kind of coaches would you guys sign? Does a coach with an area of speciality but weak in stats in that area be good? eg. shooting coach has a C in offense. I do not get this irony at all.

Their ratings still govern how well they can train players, but coaches with a specialty tend to get better results in that area.
