I wasn't sure what video you wanted me to send, the original, the vp6 compressed avi, or the final vp6 file. So here's a hex of the final vp6 file.

Send me the AVI file(converted in Virtual Dub). From the looks on your screenshot, it doesn't have video streams..

I actually thought it was going to work right off the bat, so I deleted the VP6 avi, it was too big for me to send anyways, so I'll convert a small clip (30 secs) to vp6, convert it with your program and if I get the same problem, I'll post it.

I got it to work. Open avi using Virtualdub 1.6.11. Select "Full processing" for video and audio. Use the "VP60" for video with constant bitrate, audio uncompressed (no compression pcm). "Save as" moviename.avi. Open in vp6 encoder, click convert. Change movie name to intro.vp6 and drop in "nba live 06/movies" directory. FYI, my original movie was 640x512 at 30 frames per second. It was just a test only 5 seconds long.
