You'll need to enter the codes again from within your Dynasty.

It doesn't set it as default, no. It just enables them. The only way to change the default jerseys is to modify values with teamgear.dbf, which of course is only possible in the PC version.

It was included. I can't recall which section at this time but I remember it being on there (because it was a carry over from the 06 list).
