Extra Slot for a team

I just started the season mode, and when i was browsing around for the team to use, i noticed on the bottom a slot for a custom team. NBA Live 2001 didn't have it, but nba2k stuff made a program editor that lets me create one. Can i use that program for live 2003? or is there another program for it?

You can create custom teams and add them to the empty slots in season/franchise setup, but not by using the custom team editor. Check out the Live 2003 Patching Issues forum for the "CUSTOM TEAM" topic (it's a sticky post, so it will be at the top of the first page) for instructions on how to add custom teams using a DBF editor.
