Asst. Coaches

This question may have been answered already but depending on your budget, is it better to have one very good Asst. Coach or two OK Asst. Coaches?

It is WAY better to have 2 assistant coaches who have like A in one category and D's in the other two because you can train 2 guys at the same time in the one category.... you can train someone 100% with one category, he won't lose ratings

I usually get great assistant coaches cause i split up the training into 2 months per specialty. But 3 is a lot better, you can train a person 3 times every week

You should definitely get two or three. Period.
