about outside scorers

Actually I had posted it here but unfortunately it was banned.
So I ask you guys again: The situation is that I discovered Oscar Robertson is different from Allen Iverson, though they are both outside scorers. Their difference is, well, Iverson can do behind the back layups plus switch hands layups, while Robertson can't (also Jerry West, when you hold the trigger, pressing dunk or pass, he only does an inacurrate layup). So my question is: how to modifiy my Richard Hamilton into an outside scorer like Robertson? (he doesn't seem to do these fancy layups)
