| Next Gen Practice Court |

Thu Feb 23, 2006 9:39 am

Here's the deal: When the Xbox360 (and NBA Live 06 for it) came out a while back I was really impressed by its practice court, and so I thought "Hmm, I wonder if I'd be able to make a patch like that for the PC?" Turns out, I could :) Keep in mind that I had limited recourses and tools to make this, so it's nowhere as good as it could be, but whatever, I'm happy with the final product, and I hope you are as well... So without further ado:
I have made two different versions of the court that you can choose between: One is with full detail and everything, and the other one is not as nice and without some stuff. The reason for that is that when you play with the full version of the patch on a computer that has the game setting ‘Environment Detail’ at Medium or lower, the court will appear completely white; so that’s why there’s another version, and that is the one you should use if you can’t put the ‘Environment Detail’ over medium. But if you have a good computer and can run the game with ‘Environment Detail’ at High or Maximum, then you should most definitely use the full version.

Can somone please put the files into a ZIP or RAR cuz the exe isnt working for me.

Thu Feb 23, 2006 10:40 am

What does it say when you run it?

Thu Feb 23, 2006 10:46 am

at the window where it says "When you are ready to continue with Setup, click Next" when I click Next it just crashes and doesnt continue the installation. It happened to me before with your Practice Court for 05.

Thu Feb 23, 2006 10:50 am

Strange; it’s supposed to look in the registry for where the game is installed. I suppose your computer hasn't registered right for some reason. Might also appear in case you have it in a different language... I'm gonna watch the daily show first, and after that I'll make that zip for you. Do you want the files for high or low environment settings?

Thu Feb 23, 2006 10:52 am

High please and thank you :D

Thu Feb 23, 2006 10:56 am

No problem (y) By the way, any idea why it's like that (is the game in the list of programs on the computer etc.)? I'd like to solve the problem with the installer rather than giving out the single files...

I have no idea.
