PS2 - what are the best tweaks for playing realistic games?

Just wondering what the best tweaks to make are in order to play a realistic game (stat-wise I guess). Setting 8 minute quarters is a good start?

3 Point: -10
inside scoring: -10
dunking: -10
jumping : -20
blocks: - 20
steals: -20
speed: -10 (across the board)
endurance -10
getting very realistic scores and fg%, ranging from 43%-51%
Play on All-Pro 9 min quarters!
