Question for those that are editing the dbf globaly.

Lets say I down load and use one of the rosters where speed, fg%, 3 point%, dunks and so on have been globaly edited and lowered. Now I start a franchise and go through one season, then draft. Will the first round rookies all be effected by the edited ratings, or will they all be like allstars compared to the existing ?

According to Tim's interview published in NLSC, the generated rookies will match the same level of the present players, so they would have "tweaked" ratings when game generate them.

I hope some of you that have completed a year of franchise play post here if this happens or not.
