Cap room

I usually play as the Blazers or Heat in dynasty and can never trade for players because i don't have enough cap room

how do i make cap room?

You don't need cap room to trade players. You just got to make sure that the players you are trading away have about the same salary as the players you're trading for...
You only need open cap space when you are going to sign a free agent.
