1999/2000 Roster Patch...coming ASAP

Well, it's been some time since I released the last old season roster patch, but I've researched some players who I'm not familiar with (or in some cases, have forgotten), all benchwarmers who had very short and uneventful NBA careers.

I haven't started working the patch yet, but I'll probably start either later tonight or sometime tomorrow. From there, I'll do my best to get the patch released ASAP (I still want to get back to 1995/96). The further back I go, the more veterans are created, leaving a few missing players here and there. That said, it still takes a while to create all the players, edit player ratings and so forth.

So far, I haven't updated the DSTATS and Previous Season Stats for any of the old season roster patches. I plan to go back and add this as version 1.1 when I have the time. Obviously, there's work that needs to be done on the current roster update this offseason, so I'll have to spend some time on that.

Just thought I'd keep everyone informed.

Well, I started work on the patch. Thus far, I've completed the rosters for Boston, Miami, New Jersey, New York, Orlando, Philadelphia, Washington and Atlanta, as well as changing player ratings, decreasing years pro and fixing up other player data for those eight teams. I'll keep everyone informed on the progress.

For those keeping score at home, I've completed the Eastern Conference teams (actually a few days ago, but I forgot to post an update). Just taking a short break from it, I'll resume work soon and get the patch out ASAP.

I'll try to get back into the old season rosters after I get the current roster up to speed, but with the release of the Historical Roster Patch by Don Daily and co, there's probably not much point in my doing so.

you gotta make it to atleast 1996/97..i would play with Don's rosters but there are guards who dunk like centers and all-star game jerseys are messed up ( no offense Don) so i prefer your rosters
and when do you get the next roster update online (current) i have been waiting for eva!!!

Shit, I don't think your 97-98 update will be done by when NBA Live 2004 is out. Please do a 97-98 roster to NBA LIVE 2004 too.

No, it's not. Unfortunately, it won't be done either. I don't see the interest. I will update the Live 2003 current roster patch...eventually...but I won't be doing any more old season roster patches.
