Need Help With Cyber Face And Portate Patches

i just downloaded the smush parker face and portrait photo and i dragged all the files into the sgsm file and they wont work, and at the same time i did a rip hamilton update with the face mask but that one works, can someone help me

You need to open the players.dbf and put in his playerpkg and change some other stuff too, to lazy to explain

Im having the same problem 
I did all the dbf editings.
But, Im having problem only with Smush Parker
I even imported the new one into the plyprts.viv file in fe folder. But still no luck. Smush's portrait wont show up. I also cant seem to edit him in Edit Player. The game just hangs there.
