please!!! need court help

1.how do i make a new court center logo (tlga) from nothing how can I make it transparent

2. how can i change colors in a ready made center logo or line colors without making it transparent

I have (i think) all the tools i guess i am doing something wrong

i've only worked on one court, so i'm no expert, but i used nfshtool and the transparencies are done with these black and white bmp's where black is transparent and white is opaque. these files are seperate from the actual graphic bmp's but look about the same. editing colors of the center court thing i would again use nfshtool and edit the subsequent bmp with the hue editor.
