can anyone tell me how our player develops in dynasty?

i played 3 games with spurs but nothing changes on development
what is the wrong thing here?

players develop over time not over night

hes right takes more than 3 days, and ya gotta train individuals with the assistant coach for 1-4 weeks

players will not develope during the course of a few games. it takes at least a season for any noticeable changes to be made.

to get changes go

then you select a player give the coach a workout for him, then for good results focus on 1 catagory and train him for 4weeks

the pics are called signatures you can request for one in the Photoshop Section or something like that...but wat do you mean by name on your left everyone has one username...

yeh but some ppl have like pics or motions under there name like if ya look up,
laxation pic under his name, and paulenines a motion of some dude spinnin on a gym pole

avatars... go on google and type it in
and you can upload one in your profile..
