I allude to this in my Trading Guide over in the
NBA Live 2003 section. If you have a player who can play both forward positions, but has more trade value at his secondary position, there's no harm in switching his positions around to make a trade more appealing. It's not the same as NBA Live 2001, when you could boost a point guard's ratings by making him a centre, using him in a trade, then changing his position back to point guard using the Toolkit or a DBF editor.
