Does anyone have the NBA LEAGUE MANAGER on their HD?

Im about to start up a league and i noticed that the link is dead in the downloads section. I really need this tool. Can anyone help?

under which section is it? and what kind of utility is it?
I would also like to try it.

It's under General Downloads, but unfortunately the site responsible for the utility is down. I haven't received any new links for the download, or any news on when (or if) it will be available again.
