Major Language Problem

I just installed the game to my PC and it's in Chinese. I can't figure out how to change the language when I'm on the main menu screen (for obvious reason). I tried to unistall the game and reinstall it in English, but the same thing happened. Could someone tell me when buttons I have to click to change the language? (i.e. the third one on the main menu, then the second one, etc...). Any help would be greatly apprecaited.
