Scoreboard

I have downloaded a TNT scoreboard ant there was a file that minimize the meniu but I reinstaled Windows and know hes gone.It calls locale.eng Can some one give me the link where that scoreboard is?

locale.eng isn't a scoreboard, it's a language file.

But when I downloaded that scoreboard there was that file too.And in this scoreboard there isn't that file.

Smells like dad bought another chinese version j/k
