Change teams division in dynasty

Wanna know if it is possible to change a team division in dynasty mode ex:put Raptors in Western Conference n put T-Wolves in da East

i have DB Commander....i went in teams...change the raptors conference to 0 n division 1 n do the vice versa for T-wolves.....nothin happen...i load my roster to start my dynasty but raptors are still in the east in T-wolves in da west

Even though the ability would appear to be there in the dbf it doesn't seem to work. Seems each year the dbfs become less flexible and patcher-friendly.

because when i finish my season with the sixers..want to do a dynasty with the Raptors but put them in Western Conference n change the T-Wolves to the East...Every year, i always pick a eastern conference when i do my dynasty..that's why
