HOLY SHIT... it's done. The greatest patch ever (in my eyes  ). Can find words for it, just check it out... damn, seems to be me and Tony are becoming a good team, I mean, isn't it cool being part of such a great patch   ...check it out...

Tony, at nbalive.org, wrote:Well.. the most downloaded player patch on this site has been updated, and what an update it is. I've been working on this for quite some time, and I think it payed off, the update is so big, it even takes up 2,4 friggin' megabytes, but I hope that won't stop you from getting it. Anyway, among all the addons it has, it's been updated for AI's look during the playoff series vs. the New Orleans Hornets, cornrows, bands, shoes, and what not. And for the installation of the patch you don't need to do any dbf editing (well, nothing except the hanging braids). I've listed all the things that the patch includes in the patch description below..

Image
Complete update for AI, most detailed ever, includes:

- a new more realistic face
- a fixed, realistic skintone
- 7 different cornrow hairstyles (with hanging braids)
- "The Answer" armbands (different colour for each set)
- "AI" & "3" fingerbands (in corresponding colours for each set)
- W.W.J.D. wristband
- socks colour alteration fix
- fixed left arm tattoos (only visible on practice and 1-on-1 modes)
- outdoor gear for practice and 1-on-1 modes, as seen in the A6 commercial (now with new detailed textures)
- I3 Playoff 2003 shoes (3 colourways)

PS. kudos to Kob Master for his help with the patch, he must be the biggest Iverson freak in the world.. helped me finding the tattoo and shoe pictures, and even made the headband for home games ;)

grab it you-know-where
and have fun (Y)

It seems the fact he posted that means he can access it, and he lives in Germany unlike you. As you seem to think it has to do with you being in France I'm guessing he can't help you. It works fine for me up in Canada.

Don't know why it's not workin' for u... perhaps try to shut down ur firewall, if u got one, or get another browser like the "Phoenix browser"... But actually, especially for us European guys, this site should be accesable...

Tue May 06, 2003 8:31 am

OK I'll check my connection.........thx guys for helping

It is not the fact that you are in France... there are many people who cannot access nbalive.org from around the world... the host that nbalive.org is using has DNS issues meaning that depending on what DNS server your ISP uses you may or may not be able to access nbalive.org. I know it sucks.. but all you can do is try a different ISP if you are able to..

I don't want to waste the thread, but I just wanted 2 tell U that, at the moment, nbalive.org works fine for me.....

BTW, great Iverson, great Cornows, great shoes, great elbowbands....truly a huge update !

Here, some headband updates for AI, people were complaining coz of the placing of the NBA logo (not on this board  )... Anyway, 1 min work each headband for me + his latest band he had against Detroit, check out the black/red NBA logo :D ... Oh I forgot, for the people who are intersted, a Gooden band I made a couple of weeks ago for myself...

A one Drew Gooden wore in the playoffs, for the ones who are intersted
