Trading Draft Picks

I've been messing with the dailynws DBF file and I've noticed that there are specific values for the draft picks. For example, -100 would be Atlanta's 1st Rnd Pick, -101 would be Boston's, -102 would be Charlotte's, etc; -200 wouild be Atlanta's 2nd Rnd Pick, -201 would be Boston's, -202 would be Charlotte's, etc.
I've only gotten so far as to make the NBA news say that teams have traded picks, but not make the teams ACTUALLY trade picks.
Now I'm hoping this kind of research could lead to our trading picks in the game, even if just through DBF. Maybe those values are in those .viv files, or something... Maybe the expert patchers in this forum could help.
What do you guys think? Could anyone help me out here?

change your team pick no. into first draft pick in the dbf and lets see if it works...
