team rating changes

I'm playing a dynasty with Phoenix and I traded Kurt Thomas and Eddie House for Eddy Curry and the overall rating for Pheonix went down to 68. Could someone explain to me how this happened.

glitch, the team ratings go up and down due to good and bad descisons but this is very obviously a glitch
