I recieved two emails from zaxis03@yahoo.com not sure if its the same guy who created the rosters but due to the similarity in the names im posting this just in case. He sent me two files in 2 seperate emails I scanned both and both were loaded with a virus.

Yes, I've received that email before. I believe it's a virus email. Fortunately my virus shield is up to date and Mail.com uses pretty good anti-virus software.

Hmm it seems like someone is trying to virus people from the board.

I think it's just another worm virus rather than people targeting members of this forum. If you get any emails with suspicious/overly generic subjects and/or are at least 40-60 kB in size, I suggest you delete them without opening them. Some webmail providers do have shields that will prevent the virus from being activated or being downloaded to your PC, while some virus sheilds will detect viruses when you receive email in MS Outlook, and will not restore the email accordingly.

I don't think that guy meant to send the email...he probably didn't even know it was being sent...

I have got similar mails like that, like 1time in the week.
Its in Swedish and it means:

"Hello again! This screensaver seams to be a american parodi on what the swedish does on midsommarafton (dont no what its name is on english).
Dont laught yourself to death "

I had similair mails like that before, one it something on George Bush. Thats a virus too

ive had this email twice again today, from zaxis03@yahoo.com.

this is what it said,

Hejsan ! Jag överväger att polisanmäla denna skärmsläckare. Jag anser att den har en nedlåtande attityd gentemot överviktiga personer. Jag skulle bli ytterst tacksam om du kunde bidra med din syn på saken. Tack på förhand.

thanks to joemimic's topic here i didnt open it coz i thought id seen the zaxis03 name somewhere before. in total ive had this email 6 times now.
do we know any more about it yet?

I don't have any more details on it, except to say if you get an email from anyone that lists the sender's name as their email address or username (ie. if you get an email from me that is from "andrew" or "a_begley" rather than "Andrew Begley"), has no subject or a generic subject that includes your email or username ("hi,andrew") and has an attachment, I suggest deleting it immediately.

well i got that same thing from the zaxis dude, and its the same one who made the rosters, i think mabye his email software has a virus, and when he sends something, well u get me...

WTF is all that about?
if this is the guy who does the rosters then i dont know why he would be sending me stuff coz iam guessing that these are pc rosters that he does ,and i play on the ps2 .
