I posted a temporary fix above for that problem that you can use if you really need it right now; but I am working on an update for it.
It will take a little time to finish since I have to remake the whole thing based on a different courts files; but it will come a working update... (y)

Ok, here's the updated courts. Houston is now working like it should for everyone plus some more fixes (slightly updated hardwood, USA flag on the backboards, adjusted lighting etc.)
