Hey does anyone know anyonethat has the Ratings, and things for:

Amir Johnson(Detroit)
Alex Acker(Detroit)

If anyone has the ratings and the codes for the faces can you please let me know ok? Thanks a bunch!

I think you can download roster updates from Xbox Live (i heard something like that)

Agreed, I recommend the CAPS from that site, I've created over half of the players on there, I'm going to completely update my rosters before I start my dynasty. It is a really long process though, I've updated team rosters with players in the game in 15 minutes, it took me over an hour to go give the correct numbers to all hte players and it can take around 10min to create a player.

There are no codes. You will have to add the missing players manually or try updating the rosters through XBOX live. You can also check this site out.
