Newcomer with a few questions...

Hey all:

I was directed to these forums by c0nr4d (who I knew from Chris Creamer's message boards) because I wanted to do some patch-making for this year's NBA Live, specifically uniforms. I don't really have any questions on making the uniforms themselves, I've got plenty of experience in that department (first with the NHL series, and most recently with the MVP Baseball High-Res Road Trip). I do have a question about where to upload. It doesn't look as though this website has an "upload script" per se, at least not in the same manner as DMD did or MVPMods.com does. Where are the best third-party sites to upload files to and link them to this website? Any help would be appreciated.

whatsup Moser, i remember you from mvp. Those jerseys sets were awesome man. I'm glad you'll be doing some things for the live community. What happened to mvpmods BTW. I'm pretty sure you can upload it here at the NLSC (PM Andrew, he'd know better) or rapidshare it. Can't wait to see what you've got in store. I know it will be high quality stuff. have you made a jersey texture yet?

I just got the Bucks uniforms done (they're already zipped with a preview pic and Readme), and I'll be starting on the Chicago Bulls once I get some decent logos and make a highlights layer (for the shiny-looking jerseys) from Granados's awesome templates. There is a complete lack of NBA script logos out there, so tracing wordmarks from scratch (which was what I had to do for Milwaukee) may slow down the process somewhat.

WOW! I can't beleve it, the High Res Roadtrip has come to NLSC. Maybe I should do some stadium editing here to. This is going to be great. Maybe www.nbalive.org can adopt you as a member, they host. It's good to see quality modders hit both communities I follow.

Mr. Hartung, didn't expect to see you here! As for the High-Res Road Trip, it's now simply called "The Road Trip", because my uniforms seem to be at the same resolution as everyone else's (but they still look oh so good).

Can't wait to wrap my Cavaliers in Moser316 uni.

BTW--sup Pirate, good to see you again. I haven't seen you since 2004 maybe. But the mods u made for MVP were top notch as well. I know anything you put out for Live will be "must have" as well.

Apparently the 'unofficial' script to upload a patch to the database doesn't work, so I uploaded it to my FTP for now. I'll just change it later...
