Need Help with my cyberface

Hey I made myself a cyberface for Live 2006 and I still dont undertsnad how To get it on the Game??

I been trying for like 2 days now and I understand the basic but still don't see it one the game

Can somebody help me step by step on what programes to use and how to get it on the game.

there is no facepatch in the players dbf file. so how am i suppose to change it to false
