1. Cap space is how much money you have left to spend on players. You can't sign free agents who cost more than cap space remaining.

2. You can trade draft picks.

3. It's very tough to do and I think it can't be done once they're in their move. You have to try to deny them the ball.

4. Make sure the ratings of the players you offer are more than or equal to the ratings of the player(s) you want. Likewise, the salaries must be near the same unless one team or the other has cap space.

5. I have never been able to block a shot with superstar stopper that I wouldn't be able to block with a regular block.

6. Yes, the scout can tell you about the rookie's ability. At the end of the season you can go one on one with the rookies and then draft the one you like.

So my Heat cap space is -14m and how can i make money - -.I try to release some player but it can't help me.

If you release a player you still have to pay out their contract. You could try trading your bigger contracts to teams with cap space in order to save some money, or look at who are free agents next season and see if you don't resign them whether or not that will create some cap space.

You're over the cap. You can only sign players for the minimum amount.
To answer your questions:
1. Read the manual
2. Manual, read
3. Look at the manual, then read
4. Ask someone to read the manual for you
5. READ THE MANUAL
6. Stop buying pirated games?
:D

The manual to NBA Live 06 sucks. It only explains the basics and nothing more.

Yes, it does suck, but don't limit yourself to a piece of paper. Try the "online manual" (is that the right term?). Go to the official site and try to find some instructions there regarding the new features and FAQ's. I haven't looked at the official site of Live06 yet so I have no idea if they have articles that could be helpful (I should probably check it out).
All I need is the NLSC forums as a manual. Where else could you find tons of post that ask, "Where is the backdown button!?!" in suceeding order?

omg one question... has anyone been able to trade picks?? each time i friggin tried it don't work:( ohh yesh and the traading can also help you release some salary. trading away your players for other players and roughly having the same salary (little bit less), and trade players that you won't think will play very often or make contribuition on the team, ex. lamond murray in toronto back then  i got rid of him
