Postby luciano_davidwesley on Fri Apr 25, 2003 5:50 pm

Hi I'm thinking of dloading the editor, but i was wondering a few things b4. I have MS Access 97, is this version of access compatible with the editor? Also is there a tutorial on how to use the editor? Thankyou!

The only Toolkit that is compatible with Access 97 is Jonathan's Live 2003 Toolkit for Access 97. Marc's Toolkit for Access XP will not work with Access 97. However, Marc has developed a runtime version of the Toolkit, which does not require you to have any version of MS Access.

Jonathan's Toolkit for Access 97

Marc's Toolkit for Access XP (takes you to download page, with link to runtime version)

They're both easy enough to use. You don't need any knowledge of Access to use the Access 97 Toolkit.

The Toolkit can be used to edit the data in the game's DBF files. You can change everything from jersey numbers to team names.

First you have to select the files you wish to edit. Then you can click "Edit NBA Live 2003 Data". From here, you can choose to edit the different types of game data. Once you open the editor screen, it's fairly self-explanatory - each field's function/value is labelled.
