Ea failes to deliver

Hi this is my first post here and It`s mainly because of Nba live 06`.

I find my self in insomnia, wakeing in the middle of the night screaming Dean Richards name in rage. It`s not really that serious. I`ve been a fan of Nba live since 95` and I like to say that I played my little hart out every year with some exeptions in the series( mainly 01`,03`) but I have never so quickly deleted Nba live of my har... what am I talking about I have naver deleted any Ea sports game of my hard drive so quickly.

It`s pretty clear that Nba live 06` was a side project from the begining.
This year nba 06` xbox was Ea`s baby and reason for the early release of Nba live 06` was mainly for that reason.And I have a feeling they are going to mess xbox 360 version to, from what I`ve seen it`s just Nba live 04` with better graphics engine and a terrible gameplay. I know that there are a lot for sim b-ballers around here and It`s time that Ea stops that sim talk. Why doesn`t Ea give a tiltle like "Nba live jam 06`" or "Nba dunking-mania 06` and stop to rip of us sim-loving-ballers. In this game the tactical aspect of the game is non-existant, the rebounding is one big headache, the countless dunking, alley-oops( which we usally had to earn) and bugs are evidance of the lack of effort Ea put in. There arent enough disc space for patches that could fix this game. Ea had a good run Nba live 2000 was a marble of its time and 04` and 05` just pushed the envelope and 06` was a potencially one of the greats but we couldn`t be farther from the truth.

It˙s time that Ea gets it`s head together for the second time around and focus on the sim-side of basketball. Its seems we are gone be blaying a lot of NBA 2k6 this year my friends...

I don't think the "they're putting all of their work into the next gen consoles" argument can work anymore, it's not even going to have Franchise mode or anything new that's been added since Live '98. But as we all know, graphics are everything

as for me i'm off in nba 2k6 land now with our draft starting tomorrow.. i rather be playing live like i had been for the last 6 years on PC, and the previous 5 years on Playstation with never a thought of going to another game.. but those are the breaks and hopefully ea learns from this.. hmmm have they ever learned anything? riiiiiight, mass recall 06 and fix it ea!

now i wouldnt know how bad they messed up the game for pc users, but on the xbox its good...and no, i do respect other ppls opinion of the game afterall its their money and if they feel EA made a shit product then so be it...HOWEVER ur critique of the game has nothing to do with ACTUAL GAMEPLAY, plus u tried to use live 2005 sliders for live06 thinking it would produce the same "results" but wen it didnt, u just started writing shit and reiterating about how u started online leagues and ur so disgusted wit EA for changing the gameplay of live 2006 as u expected it to be just Live2005 with FSS which is not the case...Live 06 and live 05 are different games

who said i expect 06 to be the same 05.. i knew it would be different, i'm not asking ea to put out the same game cause wtf would the point be of buying new game if its the same. almost all the previous versions are different then the previous, but the game play made sense..where as in 06 it was just awful. i dont care about 05 04 03 01 00 or 99. this game, 06, is just god awful... maybe your console version is better. and thats probably why we disagree so much cause i didnt buy console version this time. normally I have both cause console version comes out weeks before PC..and it didnt in 06. consoles version is around the same in previous version but i wasnt gonna waste time and $$ on it after playing PC.. Online gaming is a big part of gaming, and if EA didnt offer it they would be screwed. Regardless of if you play it or not, it is a staple of all sports games now in ever pc, or console. the pc version is one of the worst games i've personally ever played..and being a life long EA game buyer i'm gonna voice my displeasure with the game.

lol.. game play is awful online and vs cpu. and you are the one who has argued its fine vs CPU.. that was YOUR arguement not mine. and you can "coorelate" that to being gameplay is bad online because obviously its going to be since the game sucks in all modes. so no need to seperate the 2 to me, they both are bad.

When i say online and cpu is bad wtf did u think i meant? just that the announceers say the wrong name? lmao man maybe you just like to aggrevate people cause if its only cause u think this game is good then you really are nuts. infact, only good thing about this game was that the spin was taken out as an exploit, but sadly it didnt seem to matter.. the game is an exploit in every other way. you can continue to deflect peoples opinions and write them off as nuts, as exploiters, as 2k6 fanboys.. thats your problem, i just hope you are getting a check for it or a free game.
