does anyone know of a roster that contains or if a patch exist to update or to play with the salary cap? like to make it more each year. It used to exist for 03 04 ? anyone?

It's hard to patch the salary cap these days, since the file you need to edit isn't generated until you begin a new Dynasty. There's no salary.ini file anymore.
