:P For a while I have been worried about how the controllers for the PSP would play out for Live '06, but now I have nothing to worry about... a Japanese company just came out with a neat little gadget that you hook on the back of your PSP, then you can plug the wires to your TV, and plug a PS2 controller in it, and play the game just like a ps2 on your TV. :)

Talk about sweetness.

^ yeah

and plus wouldn't it be really bad graphics too? i'd just buy a ps2.

more importantly ea aren't going to code functionality for the additional buttons on the ps2 controller on behalf of a hack.. so any improvement in playability derived from the use of a ps2 controller would be limited to the left analog stick.. although I hear that the psp analog nub thingie is pretty spaz so maybe that's what's floating ur boat

Actually guys.... i bought the machine. the graphics are perfect... (i'm not sure about Nba live 06 though, haven't got the game yet, but for Winning Eleven Soccer 9, it's beautiful.) and yes.. the right analog stick also works.

so no.. it doesnt suck. :) graphics aren't AS good as a ps2, but nice though

here are some screens of it I uploaded, looking at the Ridge Racer screen, you can see it's quite clear.

That's cool but no offense, I just coudn't see the logic, why buy a playstation "PORTABLE" and then hook it on your TV to play it like a PS2?

because it would be easier to use a ps2 controller then the psp controlls...

that thing is cool...

I bought this cause I travel a lot... but when you're at home.. would you rather watch the little screen on the PSP, or hook it up to a huge plasma TV? lol.. that's what I was thinking.... That's why I got it.. but yes, i originally bought it for my travelling.. but this is awesome.

No, the right analog stick DOESN'T work.. well.. it does for Winning Eleven soccer.. but I doubt it will work for LIVe. that's too bad.. but still, gotta admit, that thing is awesome.

Ok I get it (Y)

Kindly post some screenshots of live 06 PSP version when u have it, playing in that plasma tv of yours... cause I'm not sure if the graphics of live 06 PSP will look ok on big screen.
