player with just plain blask head

my cousin is playing live when he noticed that a player, rasheed wallace has only a black color head. i installed a cyberface on him and it worked fine but i experience this problem just recently, well, after i installed the latest NLSC ROster...i don't know what caused it but i hope somebody could help me with my problem. i also tried deleting the folder of sheed at render/player and reinstalled it but still no luck...help please! thanks!
