well the nbl mod is back up and going ahead whats cool is we can shortcut and cover both 05 and 06 versions just by transfering files to 06 format since its pretty much all the same

why is the numbers overlapping the bullets lettering?

because I haven't worked on or edited the numbers. I was only just testing to see how the uniforms looked ingame for the moment.
