What Rating is a minimum contract?

Looks to me like about a 64 is min?

Hoiberg + Peeler + Wagner = Joe Johnson.

Then you just sign more minimum and add them to teams with spaces until there are no more left and your team gets insanely overpowered.

i traded arroyo and dupree for him, theyre not miniimum contracts but theyre really shit...
