just useless animations that dont make any difference? I mean it doesnt make you block easier, rebound more, shoot a better %, or get open easier then the stars who dont have it? Let me know.

The shooter moves will help get them open and fake playmaker passes will open up some guys. Scorers have the runner that'll be hard to block, outside stoppers probably better then without.

Why would they call him a playmaker if he couldn't make plays in the game?

Why would they call him a shooter if he shoots just like everyone else in the game?

Why would they call him a highflyer if he dunks like everyone else in the game?

Why would they call him an inside stopper if he defended inside like everyone else in the game?

All of the superstars have their own abilities they do above-average.

From what I've gathered so far, Freestyle Superstars is effective in giving players with special abilities an advantage though they aren't unstoppable.

talking about superstar abilities, I think general ratings of most players is higher and closer so that there is not as much of a difference between most players and that superstar abilities are what separates the best from the rest....

Trust me, and everyone else that has played it....it doesnt at all....maybe the shooters, but thats easily fixed by turning the shooting slider down a notch

It's not nearly as overpowering as I feared it might be.
