Nice car sig, but one advice is that not ALL of your sigs have to have some text on them and since your are weak on text, you should probably do one without it

It's got potential. I would maybe make the pics smaller. Do you have a multiply layer over the pics (duplicate the layer and set it to multiply)? A border would look good, too, maybe one in the purple-blue the nets use.

From I've seen so far, you have really improved alot on your sigs. I like your car sig and that pam sig. You should get the most improved sig maker award.
