Give me what you think will be the rating for the startive five for the kings. Here is what I think..

Mike Bibby -- I gotta say 83-86 buddy, he's as good (if not better) than most pg's in the NBA

Bonzi Wells - 75-78

Peja Stojakovic -- I say 85-89, it's hard to come buy a pure all out shooter these days.

Shareef Abdur-Rahim - Since he was in Portland I never watched him too much.. but I did watch him a couple of times.. I would say. 78-82? (i'm not sure about this one.)

Brad Miller - I think he will stay about the same. 79-82.

Subs -- Kevin Martin -- 65 .. Corliss Williamson -- 67 -- Brian Skinner -- 60, Kenny Thomas -- 71-74 ... Erik Daniels -- 55 -- Francisco Garcia -- (gosh I LOVE this guy,) but i think he'll be rated about 55-60 .. Ronnie Price -- 50-55.

Jamall Sampson -- 50.

Eddie House 60

Jason Hart 58

Seeing that I live in Sacramento, and I live and die by the Kings, I feel that I am a little bit biased towards this subject, but not THIS biased...

Mike Bibby: 82 TOPS. He's a great shooter, great playmaker, creates his own shot and drives to the basket, but he plays NO defense and there is no "clutch" rating in this game to compenstate his greatness during the buzzer time.

Bonzi Wells: 71. He's a good defender and decent shooter but there is nothing overwhelmingly great about him. Christie was a better defender and I bet francisco garcia is a way better shooter than him. Plus he got limited play time last year so the makers of the game will probably make his stamina and hardiness kind of low.

Peja: 77. Sorry, but he's just a shooter. He's 6'10 and grabs like 3 rebounds per game...how sad is that. charles barkely was 6-6 (though actually more like 6-4) and became the rebounding legend AND he wasn't all that huge, so what's peja's excuse? he's a euro, so he doesn't rebound OR play defense. HE can't create a shot and his dribbling was rated way too high last year because he's mostly just a spot up shooter. He has no inside scoring ability either. and his shooting was crap last year compared to previous years so i wouldn't be surprised to see his 3 point rating no better than 87.

Abdul-Rahim: 75. He's a great post player and grabs boards decently, with a nice outside shot as well, but we havn't seen him pass much since he's always been on crap teams, and he cant play defense well either. Plus he's getting older.

Miller: 80. Now here's a talant who was way underrated in live 05. his shooting stats last year were like 55 when the game first came out, whereas he's more like an 80 shooter. This man can hit the midrange jumper like money, and he can pound on the boards as well. He's a pretty good shot blocker but he doesn't come to play everynight. He's still young though so his points can probably top out at something like 87 or 88 if you progres him through the dynasty. He can't dunk too well and he doesn't do much posting up, he likes his outside shot and his quick pump fakes inside.

Then the backups. Kenny Thomas definately has a weird yet hittable shot. He's a good mid range shooter and he can dunk, and he grabs rebounds like a madman for his 6'7' height.

Skinner: Skinner should be a good shot blocker in this game but other than that he's not much use

Williamson: his defensive precence should be nice. his power and his shooting ability within 12 feet of the basket is nice too and he's probably the best inside scorer on thet team aside from abdul.

Martin: He does good in the minor leagues but he isn't really that great of a player. He's skinny like iverson, minus the great speed, dribbling, and shooting, and he's a defensive liability even moreso than the rest of the kings. He can dunk and he can pass ok. He's a better 3 point shooter than many think.

Garcia: All three's, nothing else

Jason Hart: I really think his ex-bobcat teammate brevin knight should have been a play maker AND an outside stopper in this game. He was second to assists in the league aside from nash, and one of the best stealers in the nba as well....too bad...as for jason hart??? dunno never seen him play....but i'd think that if your on the bobcats and you don't start...you gotta suck just a little.

I have two disagreements.

Bibby plays exceptional defense on the perimeter. I dare bet you he's over 82. ;) Haha.

I have a lot of opinions about this quote.

He's averaged about 5 plus rebounds a game. (being a starting small forward for a large public high school, I know how decent that is.)

You shouldn't even compare Barkley to Stojakovic. They are two totally different types of small forwards.

His shooting was NOT crap compared to the last few years. He did not average as many points. %.402 is not bad for 3 pointers, and for a small forward, a FG rating of 444 is not what I would consider "crap" .

Peja also has a very nice crossover jumper. Although I do agree his inside scoring presence could be felt a little more, it's not non-existent.

(Don't be offended, lol, but I don't know where the crap you came up with 77.. anyone who can get you a 20-5-5 every night should be over 80. :)) Anyways, the way the Kings play ball, they really don't need him to be a rebounding presence.

That's all. Haha. Again, don't be offended. I just disagree. :)

Also, Garcia is a great slasher, as I have seen him play in person.. whether he will build up his courage in the NBA to slash is yet to be seen.. but.. he can.

Hart is a very good defensive player, and also a decent shooter. He will fit well in the NBA. :)

Sat Sep 10, 2005 6:46 pm

^Hart fits well in the NBA already...
Its the team he needs to fit in with....

I think Bibby should get an 80...81 tops
Bonzi..75ish
Peja 80 or less
Abdur Rahim 82
Miller...about the same

Sat Sep 10, 2005 6:49 pm

I don't see why you all downsize Bibby. The man is amazing with a basketball in his hands. Averaging just under 20 points and over 6 assists is NOT easy. Give the guy some respect. ;)

--Stephen

Sat Sep 10, 2005 7:21 pm

Giving the guy some damn respect doesn't mean by boosting his fucking overall rating to 99

Bibby - around the late 70s like every year
Wells - 71
Peja - 69 ( i hate him, he gets overrated all the time)
Abdur-Rahim - 79
Miller - 77 but like a huge potential rating thingy type thing

Thomas - 67
um i dunno the rest..

Hart - no more than 60, he was like 58 last year

Sat Sep 10, 2005 7:35 pm

They have only one superstar attribute player there, Peja stojakovic who's a shooter and nothing else..Mike Bibby is not a playmaker nor a shooter or an outside scorer.. (Y) Hope the coach will have an impact in the game cause Adelman is great! (Y)

Sat Sep 10, 2005 11:23 pm

i didn't give him a f'in overall 99, I gave him a reasonable 83-86.

lol, Peja, 69? That's funny. :P

Obviously you haven't seen the EA freestyle superstar page. Mike Bibby is a playmaker. :) Brad Miller I believe will be an inside shooter.

Sat Sep 10, 2005 11:23 pm

And yes, Adelman is GREAT! :D

You stupid retard peace of shit(don't really mean that...i'm just really frustraded)..He can shoot from outside..go inside for the lay-up or dunk...he is amazing at freethrows and your saying he does not deserve a f*** 78...its like saying Shaq can only score from inside and block and he gets a 94

Sun Sep 11, 2005 3:40 am

Ok i can find you atleast 20 videos of Peja going inside this season in one day...but i'm too lazy...i might do it later

Sun Sep 11, 2005 4:04 am

Peja also chokes like a blittle bitch in the playoffs.

Miller-78
Shareef-81
Peja-77
Wells-74

Kenny-69
Hart-60
Garcia-55
Skinner-57
Williamson-62

Sun Sep 11, 2005 4:29 am

Ya so what if he chokes in the playoffs...every player has a weakness or a fear...but he still deserves atleast a 77 and a 83 or 82 Tops

Sun Sep 11, 2005 9:36 am

It's another spaztastic flame!!

Sun Sep 11, 2005 9:46 am

why bonzi wells's rating is 74? isn't a little high? last season he didn't play much and his stats don't look good. his rating should be around 70. thats just my opinion.

Sun Sep 11, 2005 9:55 am

Stats aren't enitrely it. If his points per game aren't high there's more than just that in ratings.

He will be above 70 but under 74.
