There is no place in the entire forum where streetballerz1 made the announcement for the Spanish cover. In fact, his topic is titled "nba live 06 france cover". So...?

Thanks to Andreas for correcting the aforementioned mistake on the news page of www.nba-live.com. With my information about the Spanish cover I just liked the idea to make a small contribution to that page 'cos I've been following it closely since I discovered it.
