ay wut up this is my 1st post nd i jus wanted to give ea sum food for thought so heres my ideas

1.instead of having dynasty add franchise were u take ur team thru the season liek in dynasty but then 4 dynasty, they should let you take they dynasty teams, (60's celtics'94-96 rockets, the bulls, the magic or phil lakers) or any championship team nd relive the year that they won their championship, or championships

2.i kno ppl have been requesting technicals nd instead of gettin really stupid like with the teen rating and all taht just have an anger meter for a player like in mvp baseball 2005, if you dont like a call you can lock on a player or have a button on pause 2 switch 2 ur coach nd jus tap a button repeditly nd if ur meter goes 2 high u get a tech, sum players liek obvioulsy sheed nd ron artest should b easier 2 get techs then players like stephon marbury or tim duncan

3.if a player injures his back and the medical staff clears him but hes not 100 % u should b aloowed 2 add body armour like dwayne wade nd shaq wore this year, or jsu let us gamers add it for style

4.I play live 05 all the time and i hate it when i wanan wear throwbacks that i have 2 edit all my players so there shoes nd stuff will match a throwback thas green nd ur team is blue liek wit the jazz or have oranges sneakers with the red white nd blue jerseys for the knicks, so add an option on create a player nd edit ur appearacne for ur normal jerseys nd ur throwbakcs

5.Better ratings of korse, the ratings are horrible and for ppl who have gamecube who cant add roster updatesz liek myself it stinks cuz editing a player takes forever

6.MAKE IT HARDER 2 BLOCK AND STEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In my dynasty with the knicks i average almost 15 blocks a game wiht kurt thomas, blockin yao and shaq 10 times agme with a player liek kurt thomas is a little non realistic, and when i 1st started my dynasty i averaged almost 20 steals a game with marbury even whne i made the sliders more 2 the defence i steal averaged 10 a game

7.when you enter the draft in dynasty, add all the players who didnt get drafted last year or will b enterin next year to b int hat draft instead of all the dumb wack players that are in tehre when a seasons over

8.And finnaly im not saying fro create a palyer 2 b as deep as teh madden superstars will b but make it as detailed as it is in fight night round 2, cuz every1 i make no matter how many things i change always looks the same

Actually this is a great idea. How much fun would it be to the Bulls in 91, and having to beat the pistons for the first time? Or how about being the Sunsa in 93 or the Jazz in 98, trying to beat the Bulls? It would be great, but it won't happen. Licensing would rule it out.

I think the only way they could ever bring in techinicals is if the user is in control. Like if they are getting blown out, there can be a "talk to ref" button.. and it can influence the way the refs call the game. Of course if you overuse it, then you risk a technical.

Hmm.. players can play when they are injured if its a big game. I dont think adding the accesories is needed

Say, the other team is on the free throw line, you could press that button and if you use it heaps, you could either get the refs giving you calls, or you could end up with a T later on. But I guess then, you would need a rating which determines how well the player can talk with the refs.

I've been over this so many times... Don't you ever feel like the CPU just ripped you off on a certain call??? How did something result in a call and the same thing in the other end didn't? I sometimes get so frustrated with Live 2005 that I want to "speak with the ref" too... The players should have some sort of an intensity rating or something and the player who got the bad call would talk to the ref... The more intense the player the more extreme result/punishment would it make. So guys like Rasheed and Artest would get results when talking to the refs, but they would also get more easily called for the technical foul too... Maybe something like the following could be how the risk and reward thing could work...

You have a certain percentage for success and a similar percentage for failure too.

Like with intensity from 1-20, you'd have 10% chance for success and 10% chance for the technical (it's always a risk when you go to complain to a professional ref)... Like the result from 1-10 would indicate success, 11-90 would indicate game on, 91-100 would get the tech... And the really intense guys would have like 1-20 get good resulsts and 81-100 gets the technical... It's only 40% of the times when the really intense guys get some results, but that's usually the way it goes. Refs don't go changing how they call games on a whim (atleast not the really good ones) And 40% is a big percetage...

This is how I see it... Talking to the refs mini-game, bring it on...

It's a cool idea, personally I wouldn't want it instead of the current mode. Unfortunately licensing issues prevent championship teams of years past being included in the game in any capacity.

The idea's been tossed around before. Players would require some sort of behaviour rating or attribute though, so the CPU controlled players would behave realistically. It won't happen though, as the NBA won't allow unsportsmanlike techs to be included in the game.

Agreed, the ability to give a player athletic supports/protection or additional taping etc to try and get them back on the court sooner would be cool.

I usually don't go to the trouble because it doesn't bother me too much, but for the sake of detail, it's a good idea. Automatically switching the shoes to match the alternate or throwback would be an improvement.

Agreed about the blocks, I personally don't notice the same problem with user steals but I'm all for improving the defense in the game.

If you mean real life players, again licensing issues prevent that.

Any improvements to Create-a-Player are most welcome in my opinion.

Anyone under contract with an NBA team by the cutoff date can be included in the game, all team logos, jerseys etc can appear in the game, players in the retired players union can appear as legends and the NBA's all-time statistical records can be used.

In Pro Evolution Soccer game, when player get injury and comes back to the court he is bandaged. Something similar should be in Live too..
