I've fixed the face and the hair. Any feedback? Is it ok?
NOTE: It's really really hard to work on his hairline.

Well, for real, the hairline is still not authentiy Ray Allen like... 
Try to fix it, I know it's hard, but then it'll be perfect...

That's an alternate version more close shaved.

What about this one? Check the hairline. The hairstyle, i can easly fix it. Just judge the hairline.

Ok, i've improved it like that.
Now it's easy to fix the hair. I mean i can make a really close shaved version, a version with more hair, however!
